Her Purpose
"In the midst of dreaming, as we all do, it's common to skip to the perfect ending and forget that the magic happens in the middle. The middle of ones' journey is mixed with trials, mistakes, victory, pain, celebration, discovery and purpose. The middle is the gateway into survival mode. There lies ones’ realization of potential and the decision to Fight for their Fairytale. Rarely do we hear the stories behind the scenes that lead to the magic.
As I propelled within the invisible walls of my dreams, I anxiously searched for stories such as these. Stories that normalized the pulse of my journey featuring women and men of diverse backgrounds. After some time of only experiencing these stories in small does and quick fixes, I decided to create a space for stories of pain, truth and commonality to new lead of a "Hollywood dream."
