Episode 115 – Glennon Doyle On Owning Our Stories
TL;DR | In this episode Stacy talks to her favorite badass, Glennon Doyle, about owning our stories and rewriting our relationship with spirituality. Her recent best-seller UNTAMED set the tone for this beautiful conversation.
There is truth and there is honesty and Glennon Doyle's recent bestseller UNTAMED wrote both together so beautifully that it made me break. I read her book after the first few months of the pandemic and I have not been the same since. I think you would agree that this past year unveiled so much about life, love, spirituality and so much more, all from the inside out. I think you would also agree that some of the unveiling left us all wrecked while picking up new pieces of awareness and understanding. When I connected with Glennonl, it was like giving my inner child a new best friend and it solidified my belief that we really are all the same inside. In this human2human conversation, episode Glennon and I talked about disappointing others in order to appoint ourselves, the nuances of spirituality transformation and we talked about knowing; that deep deep level of self-trust that in many ways, we are all re-discovering. I’m so excited for you to join in on this conversation along with us and I’m even more excited that we are all on this journey together. Make sure to share this one with a friend, or five. Enjoy xo!

EPISODE 102 REFLECTION QUESTION
QUESTION | Who benefits from me playing small?
STACY’S REPLY
Everyone but me, and also no one at all. Playing small is a false cage we put ourselves in because we think it helps and protects other people come to find out how to no one including and especially ourselves.
